About

Claudia Arbizu is a Salvadorian artist based in New York.

Her work has been categorized as being bold, colorful, intense yet mysterious.

Arbizu specializes in nudes, abstracts and still lifes...all of which are influenced by the colors of her native country.

Through these colors, of bright yellows, screaming reds and somber blues, Arbizu finds her voice as an artist.

As a child, Arbizu was taken by the works of re known artists such as Klimt, Modigiliani, Monet, Picasso and Kadinski, and it is through these impressionist,

expressionist and modern art painters, that Arbizu found her inspiration not only to expand her artistic voice, but also to secure her signature as an artist.

Arbizu's body of work is ever changing... always exploring new ways of form and color, to represent her constant yearning for her home county of El Salvador.

Arbizu's paintings have graced the walls of multiple international galleries in countries such as Germany,Chile, El Salvador, Mexico and Switzwerland and

her work is currently part of private collectors worldwide
